Dosage and Administration

1. Preparation and Dilution Technique
   Reconstitute Rentox 100u with sterile, preservative-free saline diluent to make 100 U/2.5 mL (4U/0.1 mL). Rentox should be administered within 24 hours after reconstitution. During this period, reconstituted Botox should be stored in a refrigerator (2~8C).
2. Injection
   Using a 30-gauge needle, inject a dose of 0.1 mL into each of 5 sites, 2 in each corrugators muscle and 1 in procerus muscle, for a total of 20 U. Each treatment lasts approximately 3~4 months.
   

After Injection, the rehabilitation period lasts 7-10 days during which you should not:

• do any cosmetic procedures, including massages and peels.
• Moreover, do thermal procedures, namely take a hot bath, go to the sauna and steam bath.
• And, make any body movements that require bending and provoking rush of blood to the head.
