Hutox 100 Dosage and administration

Reconstitute this product with preservative-free, sterile saline to make 100U/2.5mL (4U/0.1mL).
Using a 30-gauge needle, inject a dose of 0.1mL into each of 5 sites, 2 in each corrugators muscle and 1 in procerus muscle, for a total of 20U.

How Do Hutox 100 Injections Work?

When our faces are animated by our expressions, including frowns, surprise, and smiles, we develop forehead lines, brow furrows, crow’s feet, and bunny lines (the vertical lines across the bridge of the nose).

Hutox temporarily paralyzes the corrugator, procerus, and orbicularis oculi muscles, all of which are responsible for horizontal surprise lines on the forehead, deep furrows—sometimes called “elevens”—between the brows, and crow’s feet.
