Melatonin is a hormone primarily released by the pineal gland (the pineal gland is about the size of a pea and is located just above the middle of the brain), which regulates the sleep / wake cycle. Dexatrim Natural Melatonin  is used for the short term treatment of poor sleeping, jet lag, shift work or rotating shifts – a condition called sleep work disorder. Melatonin is also used in the regulation of the immune system and maintenance of a healthy gastrointestinal lining.

How To Use

Adults, take 1 tablet one hour before bedtime with water. Do not exceed 2 tablets daily.
