ketopan soap is a gentle soap suited to oily and sensitive skin and skin prone to or visibly seborrheic. Ketopan soap combines anti-seborrheic properties(Climbazole) with restructuring and soothing properties. Formulated with mild cleansing agents, Ketopan soap combines sunflower oil with an enriched lipid mixture (ceramides, cholesterol, linoleate and palmitate). When integrated into the lipid lamellae that fill the intercorneocyte spaces, this lipid fraction reinforces the cohesion of the damaged corneal layer.
